The world’s most significant health insurance scheme was launched on India’s Independence Day this year by the name Ayushman Bharat PMJAY (Pradhan Mantri Jan Aarogya Yojana) to make sure that ten crore Indian families and 50 crore individuals will receive health insurance of 5 Lakhs per year. Mera PMJAY: How to Check Name in the Beneficiary List?
- Visit the official website mera.pmjay.gov.in
- Enter your mobile number.
- Click on generate OTP (One Time Password).
- You will receive the OTP on your mobile number.
- Enter the OTP you just received on your phone into the empty box and then click on submit.

To check your name in the list, you can directly enter your name as per SECC (Socio-Economic Caste Census, 2011).
Searching by Phone Number/ Ration Card number
Additional Data Collection Drive conducted on 30th April 2018 captured active mobile numbers and ration card numbers of the family of Socio-Economic Caste Census,2011 database. One can use this registered phone number or ration card number to check their names on the list.
An individual can even call on the helpline number 14555, to check his/her eligibility or the scheme.

They are assigned to various districts and hospitals registered this new scheme, and they act as a help desk for the beneficiaries.
